Last Thursday, the AMCHAM Luxembourg Real Estate Committee, chaired by Mario Di Stefano, hosted a successful event at the EY Luxembourg auditorium titled “Affordable Housing: Challenges and Solutions for Luxembourg.”

Global law firm DLA Piper will move into its new Luxembourg home, the iconic Nova Building in the centre of Luxembourg City, on 2 April 2024. Located on the Place de l’Etoile, the newly rebuilt 4,000 m.sq. office marks a larger local footprint for the firm. This significant investment reflects the continued growth and success of the firm’s Luxembourg office, and reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its position in the country. The office relocates from its former home in the Kirchberg district.

Last Friday evening the Amcham Real Estate committee went to Clausen to LUCA (Luxembourg Center for Architecture) for an excellent presentation on the history of urban development in Luxembourg and the future plans which are intended to enhance the quality of life of people while also promoting a green agenda that reduces the urban footprint caused by human activities.
