Photo Gallery: Outsourcing DORA – with Baker McKenzie

On LinkedIn, Baker McKenzie commented:

“A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for the “Outsourcing in the Age of DORA and Related CSSF Circulars” conference, organized by Baker McKenzie Luxembourg in collaboration with AmCham Luxembourg.

The insights shared by Kathrin Moules (Deputy Head of Department ICT Risk Supervision) and Cristina Spinelli (Head of Division) (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) – Department of Supervision of Information Systems and Support PFS) on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and related CSSF Circulars were truly invaluable. Through a pragmatic and forward-looking discussion, Mrs. Moules and Mrs. Spinelli they reflected on supervisory experience to date and outlined upcoming regulatory expectations for DORA financial entities.

We also enjoyed a lively exchange with Francesca Messini, FRM (Chief Risk Officer and Authorised Manager at FundBank), Alessia Lorenti (Independent Non-Executive Director & Advisor Independent Governance), and Grainne Goodman (Head of IT Governance & Risk at M&G Investments), who shared practical challenges and lessons learned from implementing DORA within their organizations and at board’s level.

A big thank you to all our speakers for their critical perspectives and to our moderator Ana Vazquez (Baker McKenzie Luxembourg), for expertly guiding the conversation.

We look forward to continuing this important dialogue on digital operational resilience!”
