Luxembourg, 10 December 2020. EY Luxembourg is proud to be awarded the Actions Positives label by the Ministry for Equality between women and men. This government initiative aims at supporting an inclusive economy and an egalitarian society. It also certifies good practices in terms of equal opportunities between women and men at work, rewarding winning businesses around three pillars: equality of treatment, in decision-making and in the professional-personal life balance.
While ensuring equal treatment between women and men at work, companies can create added value and achieve outstanding and sustainable performance.
A project of positive actions
Based on a voluntary approach and a well-founded application form, EY Luxembourg received ministerial approval that confirms EY’s real commitment to highlighting their policy of equal treatment for all their employees, to support them and leverage their full potential.
The Actions Positives label granted to EY Luxembourg is the result of the full implementation of key actions which have been undertaken over several years and will continue in the future. This label also testifies to the EY’s commitment to an inclusive culture, which is part of its DNA.
