Luxembourg Business Register: additional filing formalities for natural persons take effect from 31 March 2022
You will recall our previous note on the Luxembourg national identification number (LNIN) needed to update your records with the Luxembourg Register of Trade and Companies (Registre de commerce et des sociétés) (RCS). It is now official: as of 31 March 2022, it will no longer be possible to complete a new filing or modify an existing filing to register a natural person without providing a LNIN.
If a natural person does not have a LNIN, one must be requested.
