Luxembourg, February 1, 2023 – Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Luxembourg with the appointment of Hélène Retière as a counsel and head of practice.
Hélène started her career at Elvinger Hoss and then spent 6 years at Arendt & Medernach. With more than 8 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience, she has built an excellent reputation as a leading lawyer in this area of law.
Hélène assists clients both in civil and commercial disputes. She also handles insurance claims and has developed, over the years, a broad experience in real estate litigation matters. Her areas of focus include a large range of sectors, comprising real estate, construction and insurance.
In addition, she frequently advises in drafting and negotiating various types of civil and commercial contracts.
Hélène holds a Master’s in International Business Law from the University of Lorraine (France) and a Master of Laws from Jean Moulin Lyon III University (France). She has also been part of an exchange program from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany). She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016 and is a member of LILLA (Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association).
