Compensation & Benefits Breakfast – Partnership with AMCHAM/FARVEST

In 2020, what are the expectations of your employees?

On March 12th, HR One will organize its first thematic breakfast of the year. It will take place at IKKI, in Clausen, from 8:30am to 11:30am, and will gather tens of local HR experts. The speakers will discuss the topic of “2020 Workplace” and answer to the following question: “what are today’s employees’ expectations?”.

Salary & benefits, pleasant work atmosphere, career development opportunities, flexible timetables and training propositions, etc: these elements, among others, are key to attract, recruit and retain talents in today’s environment. As a matter of fact, companies are witnessing an important shift in employees’ behavior, and the new set of mind brought by Millennials is transforming the world we live – and work – in.

In such a context, what are the new strategies used by companies to attract, recruit and retain employees? How can HR managers improve their Compensation & Benefit policies and strategies? How can they stand out from the market? How entering a cost conscious logic? What is the new role of a Compensation & Benefits Manager?

To answer to these questions, and many more, the organizers will welcome Anastasia Petelina (Senior Account Manager, Korn Ferry), Ralph Leyssens (Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry), Stéphane Leydet (Head of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Pictet & Cie (Europe SA), Rita Racz (HR Manager, Docler Holding Luxembourg), Hélène Georges (Senior HR Specialist, Docler Holding Luxembourg), Sebastien Jungen (Managing Director, Bamolux), Georges Blom (Consultant Employee Benefits, AXA Luxembourg) and Coralie Michaux (Senior HR Advisor, Temenos).
