On November 13, 2025, the U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg, Stacey Feinberg, presented her diplomatic credentials to His Royal Highness Grand Duke Guillaume of Luxembourg, becoming the 25th Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
“As I step into the role of U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg, I am honored to build on the strong foundation of our shared history and excited by the opportunities ahead. Having spent my career growing businesses and championing innovation, I see tremendous potential to broaden our cooperation, particularly across business ventures, defense modernization, space innovation, advanced technologies, and the financial sector – areas where our partnership offers unique opportunities for meaningful impact.
I look forward to working closely with the government, private sector, and Luxembourg’s vibrant community of innovators. I believe our partnership can serve as a model for how two like-minded nations, united in ambition, can turn shared vision into transformative results for our economies, collective security, and our people,” said Ambassador Feinberg.
Ambassador Stacey Feinberg has built a distinguished career with expertise spanning business, media, sports and entertainment. She has been a frequent judge at venture capital competitions and a speaker on various industry panels. As a strategic advisor and investor, she is deeply committed to empowering women, helping them launch their careers and scale their businesses. Ambassador Feinberg started her career at Bob Woolf Associates, her father’s pioneering sports and entertainment law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. They negotiated contracts and managed the careers of over 500 clients, including legendary figures like Larry Bird, Larry King, Joe Montana, and New Kids on the Block. She founded the firm’s literary division which developed numerous bestselling autobiographies. Ms. Feinberg has lectured at Harvard Law School, was featured in Harvard’s “Getting to Yes” Negotiation Series, attended the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program at Harvard Business School, and received her B.S. from Northwestern University. Her expansive career highlights her versatility across industries. However, when asked, she considers her greatest accomplishment to be her four children.
