To celebrate last summer’s successful passing of the “Law of 7 August 2023”, which came into force on 1 September 2023 and which relaxed and clarified the requirements for Luxembourg’s work permits for third-country nationals, we asked key leaders in the field to comment, focusing specifically on the benefits now afforded to those workers, as well as their family members. We addressed key questions in a structured interview format to:
