On June 21, 2023, the LCGB, the only union represented at St George’s International School, signed a renewed collective agreement with the Board of Directors for the 230 employees of the private school.
Among the gains negotiated under this new collective agreement, valid until December 31, 2025, are :
- an extension of careers for laboratory technicians, nurses and administrative staff by 2 seniority steps;
- a career upgrade for educators and teaching support assistants, bringing them into line with teachers’ careers;
- a bridge day to be set annually by management;
- a 23% increase in travel allowances for first-aiders;
- the introduction of an allowance of €120/per month during the parking lot construction period (excluding summer vacations).
Negotiations took place in a constructive spirit.
