Dear AmCham members, partners and friends,
Welcome to the 194th issue of your AmCham Newsletter. We are happy to serve you!
Last Friday evening, we were very pleased to hold our annual Thanksgiving Gala at Cercle Cité with 256 members and guests! We were honored to have a full house of attendee guests headlined by the Minister of Finance, Gilles Roth and US Ambassador Stacey Feinberg, both of whom gave very positive speeches applauding the strong historical ties and deep cooperation between Luxembourg and America. Both speeches inspired confidence, strong pro-business focus and deep mutual respect and cooperation. Perfect messages in harmony which were well accepted by our AmCham audience.
Following an excellent traditional dinner of pumpkin soup, roast turkey with all of the accompanying dishes, Daniel McKenzie offered the tombola prizes to winners, whose tickets were selected by Ambassador Feinberg.
As desserts were then brought out and served, Luxembourg resident artist Jacques Schneider ensured the full satisfaction of all attending guests, by gifting everyone with an autographed copy of his amazing compendium of his professional paintings.
Dessert was followed by several hours of dancing to excellent live music provided by Marco Boesen and his team.
We are very pleased to share with you all of the great photos of this wonderful event.
Our gratitude also goes to the sponsors and partners for the amazing tombola prizes. Our thanks to: Byborg, Vinsmoselle, Ferrero International, RAK Porcelain Europe, Le Royal Hotels & Resorts, Cuir Shop Dudelange, Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa, Gin(e)Pro, Mediahuis, Losch Import, Gallery Art Management, Pizza Hut, Mellis, Georgian Prestige, Alkemia, Galerie Moderne Grevenmacher, Sumo, Kbeef, Luxlait, Photobooth.lu, Luxair, and Jacques Schneider.
Also over the weekend, I was pleased to spend four hours working with Ambassador Feinberg, selling and serving Chili at the American stand of the Bazar International.
This past week, I have attended the launch of the Lux Defense industry association and four days attending a cyber security program at the Luxembourg government’s cyber security agency.
As we go into the winter holiday season, I see positive energy and this encourages me for the future.
Thank you all for being members and partners with us in AmCham.
My respect and very best wishes.
