BMW Art Cars 9 out of 19 Exhibit’s visit to the Esch-Schifflange factory
On 2 June 2022, the networking evening organized by the American Chamber of Commerce’s (Amcham) Real Estate Committee took place at Esch-Schifflange’s former steel factory. The Committee, led by Mario DI STEFANO, took a guided tour of the exceptional “BMW Art Cars 9 out of 19” exhibit.
The group had the chance to see cars decorated by renowned artists such as Andy WARHOL, Alexander CALDER, Roy LICHTENSTEIN or Jeff KOONS. See the results in the pictures below. This exhibit, a true meeting of art and car racing, had its first sketches in 1975. The principle is simple, a well-known artist designs a BMW car based on their own ideas without any restrictions and specifications. Our thanks go out to our guide, Mr. Dan DECHMANN, CEO of ID+P.
