Last week (March 5), we hosted the inaugural episode of the AMCHAM Luxembourg Learning Series 2024. Our engaging and enlightening panel discussion on “Demystifying Coaching” left us with valuable takeaways. Here are the key highlights from our thought-provoking session:

As the panel’s theme suggested, we successfully demystified several aspects of coaching. Common misconceptions were debunked, shedding light on the true essence and challenges of coaching. The focal point of our debate centered around the future of coaching—a topic that ignited passionate discussions. The discussion was vibrant and dynamic, fueled by active participation from our audience. Their insightful questions and contributions enriched the conversation.
Post-panel networking provided a valuable opportunity for participants to connect, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships. Many of our attendees were fellow coaches and individuals deeply committed to the coaching profession.
