This year’s Annual General Meeting AGM will be on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 17:00

at the Chamber of Commerce, AmCham meeting room

6, rue Antoine de St. Exupery, Luxembourg-Kirchberg

The Board of Directors Meeting BOD will take place one hour before the AGM at 16:00

Chartered, Corporate and small members have the right to vote or  issue a proxy for another member to represent them on behalf of their company.

The Agenda of the meeting will be sent out to you via email

If you are unable to attend the AGM, a proxy will also be sent to you via email, please send your scanned proxy by
