On Wednesday 13 March 2024, the court handed down a judgment in the case against a former employee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) who stood accused of fraud and theft.
AMCHAM CEO Paul Schonenberg was recently quoted in the LuxTimes: “If you talk about it in terms of the total, aggregate size of the two economies, Luxembourg does really well in terms of their relations with the US,” he said. “I think it’s amazing that there is so much American investment in Luxembourg considering – and I’m very pleased about it – the small size of Luxembourg.”
