"For the past 20 years, I have dedicated my professional career to the fields of coaching and nutrition, driven by a passion for promoting health and well-being. My extensive studies in sport and health have given me the knowledge and skills to guide my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.
Over the past 2 years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with leading doctors in Turkey. Together, we work to help patients rediscover self-love. Our approach focuses not only on physical health, but also on developing a positive state of mind and emotional well-being. (All the organization, guidance and follow-up is done by me too).
In my company LILIANA MENDES CLINIC & COACH, I offer physical assessments, tailor-made coaching programs with nutritional advice, group classes, online and post-operative follow-up.
