There is a recognition that blended, gender- and culturally-balanced teams do better than comparable homogenous organizations.

AMCHAM Luxembourg and The Network aim to facilitate discussions and debates on this crucial topic. We will provide a platform for discussion regarding the power in, and potential profits from a diverse and gender balanced workforce. The panel will cover opportunities to further capitalize on the diversity we see in Luxembourg. We hope to inspire organizations to further embrace and empower multicultural, multilingual, multigenerational and gender-balanced teams and processes.

The event is organized with the funding support of the “Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund” (AMIF) managed by the Luxembourg Reception and Integration Agency/Ministry of Family and Integration (OLAI). The projects funded under the auspices of the AMIF Fund target the participation and integration of Third Country Nationals (non-EU citizens) legally residing in Luxembourg.

We are honored by the presence of Minister Corinne Cahen, who will give the keynote speech.
