Research proves that diverse, gender- and culturally-balanced teams generate better results than comparable homogenous organizations. With this event, AMCHAM Luxembourg and The Network provide a platform for discussion regarding the power in, and potential profits from a diverse and gender balanced workforce.

We are honored that Minister Corinne Cahen will give the keynote speech. Our special guest, Mr. Kary Bheemaiah, author, consultant and research associate from Cambridge Judge Business School, will talk about "The Science, and Profit, behind Diversity". Our panel discussions with Mrs. Alberta Brusi, Luxembourg Citi Country Officer, Citibank Europe and Mr. John Parkhouse, CEO of PwC Luxembourg, will highlight opportunities to further capitalize on the diversity we enjoy in Luxembourg. We wish to encourage organizations to embrace and empower multicultural, multilingual, multigenerational and gender-balanced teams and processes!

This event is organized with the funding support of the “Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund” (AMIF) managed by the Luxembourg Reception and Integration Agency/Ministry of Family Affairs, Integration and the Greater Region (OLAI). The projects funded under the auspices of the AMIF Fund target the participation and integration of Third Country Nationals (non-EU citizens) legally residing in Luxembourg.
