Appointment of two new partners at Deloitte

Luxembourg – 13 January 2010. Deloitte has appointed two new partners as from 1 December 2009. According to Yves Francis, Managing Partner elect, “partners with relevant service experience within the firm perfectly know the needs of our professional service lines. Having them in charge of internal functions ensures an effective support.”

Fabrice Delcourt
Fabrice is a consultant specialised in the Investment Management industry. He joined Deloitte in 2002 after eight years spent with a leading asset management organisation in Luxembourg. Fabrice has since developed a broad expertise in regulatory, tax and operational matters related to the IM industry in Europe.

Since December 2009, he acts as the firm’s General Secretary and heads support functions in the fields of HR and Finance while still being in contact with the IM industry and serving on some client assignments.

 Bertrand Klein

Bertrand has more than 28 years of experience in the fields of administration, human resources, finance, organisation, projects and IT, which he acquired in Luxembourg and abroad. After a successful career in the banking sector, he joined Deloitte in 2006, where he has been in charge of business development, administration and management of the Resourcing division of Deloitte in Luxembourg.
Since December 2009, he also supervises the Office Management Department.
